Fruit Smoothie

1 large Peach (quartered)
1 Cup of Strawberries
1 Cup of Raspberries
1 Cup of Ice

Directions

Place Fruit first into the blender, then ice and add water if need be but not an requirement. first crush then liquidfy.

I wish I was able to have that but to menny carbs for me I think it would be yummy
