September 8, 2009 4:49 PM What is great with this is using the blueberries gives a new way to enjoy them. Blueberries have been touted as being great for us. I hope your girl enjoys it. To me it sure beats soda. Normally I am more of a water drinker than anything but love to do things like this for snacks because I forget to have a snack so this solves thirst and snack issues. Enjoy! |

September 6, 2009 5:41 PM Hi, you can add whatever amount you like. I like it thick similar to a smoothie but of course we must measure. Sometimes I make a blender full of it and keep it chilled for those times when mealtime gets by you and you need a snack before you crash. It is easy to get into you and refreshing. You of course have the heat and humidity so you know that refreshing is the way to go :-) That is why I make mine with lemonade. |
