Sloppy Joe

Ingredients

  • 2-3/4 lbs Extra Lean Ground beef or ground Turkey, browned, drained, and patted dry

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped

  • 2-8 oz can tomato sauce, no salted added

  • 3/4 c ketcup, no salted added

  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

  2. Cover; cook on low for 8-10hrs or on high for 3-4 hrs

  3. Serve on Sandwich rolls

  4. Enjoy!

This sounds good and quick to make, I've found I just love turkey burgers, so I know I shall enjoy your sloppy joes too.

this is actually not bad values for chilli… some chilli can sky rocket the nurtritional values… I will give this on priority next time I make chilli… thanks
