Ingredients

  • 1 package of Sugar Free Lime flavored Jello (make sure it's the 3oz pack)

  • 2/3 cup of boiling water

  • 1/2 cup of cold water

  • 2 tubs of sugar free cool whip

  • 2-3 Tbsp of Lime Juice

  • Ice

  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted. After a long time I got tired of the tiny bits of ice that didnt melt and just picked them out.

  2. STIR in 1 tub of COOL WHIP, and lime juice. Stir till completely mixed. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.

  3. I used the 2nd tub of coolwhip to spread on top of the pie. Used I would say about half of that one.

This is a simple recipe and I love all kinds of jello. Good for a snack before bed time.

It's really good, and you can basically make it with any flavor of jello. I heard it was good with strawberry but i havent tried that one yet.

I love lime so I'm definitely going to have to try this. A tip for the ice. I take the ice out of the water and stir it into the jello, then pour the rest of the water in after the ice melts.
