Fresh Zuchinni Dip

Makes 20 servings
A great low calorie dip for veggies, chips or pita chips

1 (8 ounce) package LFcream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded zucchini
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoos chopped fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Shred zuchinni and drain for till excess moisture is gone. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until well blended. Mix in the zucchini, chives, parsley, and salt. Add a few drops more of milk if needed. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving.

Made this last night, I really liked it. Now why didn't I ever think to do that. I never thought of using it in a dip. What a good refreshing taste. I will also use this when we do steak or chicken kabobs. Yummy!!....Debe
