Zuchinni W/ Lemon Pepper

2 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices (use small and tender zucchinis)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
salt
paprika
parmesan or asiago cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Season with lemon pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.

I prefer asiago over parmesan too. It has such a wonderful flavor. I love it sprinkled on my fresh cooked veggies for a little something extra.

For sure, I am going to use the asiago cheese in this recipe. This kind of cheese is new for me having just tried it this year. It is a wonderful cheese to use in all kinds of recipes for excellent flavor.

Sounds so easy but yet so good. I like lemon=pepper, but never used it on this. Its a must for me to try. .....
