LIZ'S FAST FIESTA SALAD

Ingredients
8 ounces frozen broccoli florets
8 ounces frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
1/2 cup Ranch dressing, prepared
2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2-3 pieces bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled
2 green onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Thaw the broccoli and cauliflower in the fridge overnight; drain well. Toss all of the ingredients together to coat well with the dressing; season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Give it a good stir just before serving to distribute the dressing evenly.

Spiritwalker it sounds great w/o the meat also for I have alot of vegan friends. So I can make it both ways & share @ our Sister Night Out @ church this month. I usually do something different from anyone else so this should be a hit.

I read this to my husband Michael he was like when will we try this. I told him soon since we have everything already except the shredded cheese & bacon. We eat beef bacon it;s a little costly but good not salty. Thanks for the salad be blessed & know you are favored in the name of Jesus.

This sounds yummy and I plan on making it..
I enjoying adapting recipes for friends and family. This
salad is very good. I however have some none meat eaters. I replaced bacon with sunflower seeds and walnut
pieces for crunch. Its good both ways.
I don't like ranch dressing, I use fat free italian
I took this salad to our church potluck on saturday
evening. It was enjoed by all.
They sell this at my local deli only they use fresh cauliflower and broccoli florets. I love it. It's very tasty and very healthy too.
