Butter Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can (15-3/4 ounces) lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 large red sweet bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the beans, peppers, onion and garlic.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingrediends.
Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat.
Chill until serving.

Excellent receipe for a bean salad. Adding the two kinds of peppers is going to make this taste really different and make it a colorful dish to have on the table.
