1 Bag of pork skins
Mayo lite
1Tomato
2 Slices of Wheat Bread
Lettuce If you prefer

Directions

Slightly place mayo on bread or heavy mayo to taste. slice thin the tomato and add to bread. Place lots of skins on one piece of bread and add the other slice and you have a Summer BLT without heating up house for lunch. Its also great for a late evening snack. The kids will love it.
