Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 pounds)
Directions
In a large reuseable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients. Add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refridgerate for 30 minutes. Place the chicken and marinadein an 11" x 7" x 2"baking dishcoated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
