2 cups fat-free, no-sugar added vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice or 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapples in juice, drained
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
Place ice cream, orange peel, jucie and sugar in blender; puree. Pour into gallon-size resealable food storage bag. Seal tightly. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. You may need to place on counter 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Spoon into serving dishes.

Is there someone who produces sugar free pineapple juice or crushed pineapple. I have not been able to find that. Hope to hear back from you. |
