Add your commentUse 3/4 cup heavy cream and 3/4 cup water to get the 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk. ( That will cut the carbs considerably) or to cut the fat and carbs even further, you can use 1/4 cup of cream and 1 1/4 cup of water. The lower the fat content in a product the higher the carbs.
