Fresh Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients
6 ounces multigrain linguine or spaghetti broken in half
8 ounces frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp
3 tablespoons diet margarine
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Cook linguine according to package directions, omitting any salt or fat, about 7 minutes or until al dente. Add shrimp. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Drain. Transfer to medium bowl.
Add margarine, seafood seasoning and garlic. Toss gently. Add cheese, salt, and parsley, if desired; toss again.

Shrimp is one of the most liked seafoods. This is a great way to serve it. The Parmesan cheese will surely bring out a wonderful flavor.
