Mango Cream Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free whipped topping, divided

  • 3 ounces light, tub-style cream cheese, room temperature

  • 3 tablespoons sugar substitute

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 ripe medium mango, diced, or about 1 cup diced, jarred mango

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Stir together 1 cup whipped topping, cream cheese, sugar substitute, and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended. Spoon equal amounts into 4 (6 ounce) ramekings. Top with equal amounts mango.

  2. Stir together remaining whipped topping, orange peel and juice in same bowl. Spoon equal amounts over mango. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Such a great idea for a creamy dessert treat. The mango is going to be really tasty with the orange juice added.
