Dessert Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 1 cup kiwi

  • 1/2 teaspoon jalepeno(optional)

  • 2 teaspoons sugar substitute(optional)

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 6 (8 Inch) tortillas

Directions

  1. cut up fruit and stir together with sugar substitute and jalapeno. Comgine the sugar and cinnamon in a different smaller bowl.

  2. Spray tortilla lightly with non stick cooking spray. Warm tortilla until slightly puffed and golden brown, remove and immediately dust both sides with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  3. Fold tortilla in half and fill with fruit.

  4. ENJOY!!!!

Had these for supper last night. What a surprise…such flavor. Really tasty and satisfying. We added a little dollop of vanilla yogurt too. And like a regular taco we had to be careful 'caus they wanted to drip out both ends. Elfin

Oh my these were a hit for dinner tonight! My husband was going to save his for later, but the temptation took over. They were a nice way to change up our fruit salads. I added just a little vanilla yogurt (like the sour cream) and it was a done deal.

Sounds very good to me too.. LOL
I'm usualy not real big on deserts, but this one sounds pretty good, so will give it a try oer the weekend.
