Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
• 5 oz Canned chickpeas; drained
• 1 ts Sesame tahini
• 1 Garlic cloves; minced
• 1 ts Lemon juice
• 1/4 ts Olive oil
• 1/4 ts Cumin
• 1/4 ts Coriander
• 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
• White pepper
• 3/4 ts Parsley; minced
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Use 1 tsp. bean juice to moisten, if necessary. Process until smooth. Per serving: calories 70, fat 1.9g, 24% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 3.5g, carbohydrates 10.4g, fiber 2.6g, sodium 3mg. Exchanges: 1/2 Starch.
