Egyptian - Sizzling Citrus Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup snow peas
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup McCormick Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Directions:
Stir fry shrimp in hot oil 3 to 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.

SOUNDS GREAT. I WILL TRY THIS OVER THE WEEKEND. BUT, CAN I SUBSTITUE YELLOW BELL PEPPERS FOR THE RED BELL PEPPERS? THE RED BELL PEPPERS GIVES ME HEARTBURN.
