Ingredients:
Two 6 oz cans tuna, water pack
1/2 cup raw celery, chopped
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
6-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise (reduced fat)
Directions:
Rinse and drain tuna for 5 minutes. Break apart with a fork.
Add celery, onion and mayonnaise and mix well.
Recipe yields 5 Tuna Salad servings; serving size is 1/2 cup.
Each serving provides: Calories: 146, Total fat: 7g, Saturated fat: 0g, Cholesterol: 25mg, Sodium: 158mg
