1/2 cup fresh chopped onion , finely
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup Juice, apple
1/3 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Horseradish
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Heat oil in a medium pot and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
2 Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat, simmer, uncovered, stirring often until desired consistency is reached, about 30 minutes.
Additional Information
This sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
