Fat Free Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz no-salt tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar

  • 1 tsp Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium

  • 1 tsp dry mustard

  • 2 tsp chopped parsley

  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

  • 2 large garlic cloves , peeled and finely minced

Directions

  1. 1 Stir together all ingredients in an airtight container. Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
