Firecracker Barbecue Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 lb top loin pork roast (boneless)

  • 3/4 cup Sauce, barbecue

  • 1/3 cup Marmalade, orange

  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

  • 1 tsp Mustard, horseradish , grated (if desired)

  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions

  1. 1 Season roast with salt and pepper; place over indirect heat in medium-hot grill.

  2. Stir together remaining ingredients and baste every 8-10 minutes with mixture, until roast is done (internal temperture measured with meat thermometer 155-160 degrees F.), about 30-45 minutes.

  3. Let roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Discard any leftover basting mixture.

  5. Spice up your favorite barbecue sauce with marmalade, hot pepper sauce, and horseradish.
