Ziploc Omelet

1 pan boiling water
Ziploc Bag

2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated cheese (any kind)
1 tablespoon diced sweet pepper (or hot)
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 tablespoon diced tomato (etc)
salt and pepper
*I also like to add 1 chopped sausage link

Directions

*If you are making more than one, you might want to label the bags first. Crack 2 eggs into ziploc bag. Add ingredients of your choice or the ones listed. Let air out of bag and seal. Squish the bag with your fingers to make sure eggs and ingredients are mixed together. Drop into boiling water for about 12 minutes, check center of omelet to make sure it is done. Open bag and let omelet roll out onto plate. Easy with little clean up.

I used to hate making omelets before I got this recipe...now we make them all the time and I don't have to fight with it to flip it, or scrub the egg from the pan. Omelets come out perfect every time and really do roll right out of the bag!
