1 small package sugar free orange jello
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice, 1/2 a small orange
1 teaspoon orange peel
12 ounces sugar free orange yogurt *
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
* If you can't get orange yogurt, use sugar free vanilla yogurt.
Bring the water to a boil. In a large bowl, dissolve the jello in the water, stirring about 2 minutes. Whisk in the orange juice, orange peel and yogurt until well blended. Very gently fold in the whipped cream until no white streaks remain. Chill at least 2 hours until set.
Makes 8 half-cup servings
