Swiss Morsels

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Swiss Cheese (grated)

  • 4 oz. Ham (grated)

  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine (softened)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; Mix thoroughly; Shape 2 teaspoons of mixture into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture

This sounds so quick and easy! It sure world be great to take to a gathering. Of course, I am sure it would also taste awesome.

I found this recipe in an diabetic cookbook that I borrowed from the local library. tried it at the Memorial day cookout. It was a sensation no leftovers to worry about that's for sure.
