Ingredients
8 oz. Swiss Cheese (grated)
4 oz. Ham (grated)
2 Tablespoons Margarine (softened)
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients; Mix thoroughly; Shape 2 teaspoons of mixture into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture

I found this recipe in an diabetic cookbook that I borrowed from the local library. tried it at the Memorial day cookout. It was a sensation no leftovers to worry about that's for sure.
