"Italianized" Tomato and Chicken

1 "deck of card" sized chicken breast
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
1 Tbs. olive oil
garlic
dried herbs of: basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary OR italian seasoning blend.
1/2 cup cooked pasta

Directions

Rub oregano completely over chicken breast. Place in foil and drizzle small amount of olive oil over chicken. Wrap foil tightly and bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, place olive oil in pan and saute garlic til it starts to turn golden brown. Add can of tomatoes and herbs to your tastes. Let simmer until chicken is done.
Remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Place pasta, chicken, and your desired amount of tomatoes on plate and enjoy. I've actually used the entire can of tomatoes on my plate before as the carbs are very low.
Add a salad and you have a very nice, filling meal.

I don't remember for chicken..but we know that "deck of cards" size is what is allowed.
