1 lb. halved pecans
1 cup substitute sugar
1 egg white
1 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Blend egg white with water til slightly fluffy. Stir salt, sugar, cinnamon into egg mixture. Add pecans and mix well, ensuring pecans are coated. Set on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
300 F for 30 minutes...after15 minutes, stir around. Cool, stir, enjoy!
I don't have the nutritional facts handy, as the memory isn't what it once was; but I do remember if you were going to be "GOOD", 6-8 nuts is the standard rule. Try and eat just 6!
