Ingredients
1 1/2 cups lemon lime soda
1 large pkg sugar free jello
2 cups mashed frozen strawberries
may use fresh
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Boil soda pop and berries 1 minute. Take off heat and add jello and lemon juice. Stir till mixed and ppour into clean glass jar big enough to hold 2-3
and a half cups. Refrigerate.

This is a great way to make some low carb preserves. I can't wait to try this. It will also make a nice topping for a low carb pound cake.
