Crab Pie

Ingredients
4 stalks celery
1 medium onion
8 oz crab meat
8 oz shredded cheddar (or preferred) cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup half/half or reg. Carnation Coffee Mate
Directions
Sauté celery and onion in a little oil or water until tender. Layer the celery/onion mixture in a deep dish 9" pie plate with the 4 oz crab and 4 oz cheese for each layer. Beat the eggs and add the half/half and pour over the ingredients. Bake at 400F for 35 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes, then serve.
