Hot & Cool Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons horseradish

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.

  2. Makes 1 1/2 cups (24 tablespoons)

I'd love to make this one and serve it at a party. The guests would be really surprised with the cucumber ingredient. That coupled with the horseradish will surely give this dip a punch.
