Frosty Pudding Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 ounce) box fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (or any flavor)

  • 2 cups skim milk

  • 1/2 cup fat-free whipped topping or Cool Whip Lite

Directions

  1. 1.Prepare pudding with milk as directed on box.

  2. 2.Gently fold in Cool Whip.

  3. 3.Place into 4 individual serving dishes and freeze for about 30 minutes.

This is my first oppurtunity to go through the desserts and as I was going through all of them all I was doing was salavating. Believe me I WILL be trying several.

How easy is this. I ussally freeze the SF pudding cups. But have more of a choice making it this way and getting more flavors…Debe
