Light Yogurt (Any Flavor you Like) 2 8 oz
Light CoolWhip 16oz
Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shell
(Or make your own if you have the initiative, I don't)

Directions

Poor CoolWhip into mixing bowl, add both Yogurts and mix well
Pour evenly into pie shell and freeze
overnight
Next morning take out and refridgerate.
When ready to eat, cut pie into 8 even pieces and enjoy.

This is a great quickie. I just wish I had access to the Coolwhip. I am in the hills of Jalisco at the moment so no Coolwhip and nothing lite. Pain. But will try when we get back to the states. Thanks for sharing
