Add your commentway too much sugar if you have issues controlling and Equal is a no no use either Spelenda, Stevia, or Aguava organic in the place of Equal
This sounds great, HOWEVER, I cannot believe you would send out a recipe with Equal sweetner. This is so bery, very bad for anyone! Why not use a natural Sweetner like Stevia??
the banana by it self, is not good for you! it will bring your sugar lever up!
yes both the bananas and the pineapple and the sugars & carbs in th yogurt can raise your blood sugars.. So if your sugars arent under control then you really should watch how much you drink of this
Yep yep I got to try this shake. I'm printing up the recipe as of now.
Let me try then i will comment?
sounds delicious
sounds great, but don't banana's bring your suger level up?
I try to keep sliced frozen bananas in my freezer all the time It goes good with any of the flavored yogurts, but I think the banana pineapple is one of my favorites.
