I Can't Believe It's Not Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Cauliflower

  • 6 oz. Italian Sausage

  • 1/2 Cup Spaghetti Sauce

  • Parsley, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Boil Cauliflower for a few minutes until it just gets tender. Drain and use fork to seperate cauliflower until it has the consistency of rice. Do not mash.

  2. Fry and slice the sausage until brown. Add 1/2 Cup Spaghetti sauce and simmer.

  3. Pour sausage and sauce over cauliflower. Season to taste with fresh Parsley, Salt and Pepper.

I will make this today..I love cauliflower and haven't had speghetti type stuff in years! Yum!

I do love pasta. I use Dreamfields. But I have a caulflower in the frig. will try this. Thanks for adding it.

This sounds pretty tasty… I often cook chicken sausage in olive oil and mix it with with zucchini and summer squash. I will have to try using a red sauce.
