Poached Tilapia

Ingredients
4 tilapia filets, water, peppercorns, 1 bayleaf, 4 TBS lemonjuice or 4 slices of lemon
Directions
Place tilapia filets in COLD water on stovetop. Add all ingredients (may add whatever seasonings to water you wish). Bring top boil. Boil on med-high for 3 minutes. Check with fork, fish should flake(break) easily. if so, Bon Appetite.

Have yet to try fish, but plan on it…so thanks for this..may try it. Sheila
This recipe is surely quick and easy. Tilapia is my favorite fish. I have fixed it many ways but have never poached it. I'm looking forward to trying it this way.
