Tomato Basil Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced onions

  • 14 ounces crushed tomatoes with basil

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders

Directions

  1. * Preheat oven at 350 degrees F

  2. * Coat frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add onions and cook over high heat until they begin to brown brown.

  3. * Pour 1/2 tomatoes into a medium baking pan. Lay chicken in the pan and top with onions.

  4. * Pour rest of tomatoes over top. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Such a quick and easy recipe! This is going to be fun to fix and with the Basil it will just taste great. I've never fixed breast tenders this way. Wonder how this will taste over some Dreamfield Pasta? YUM!

My absoluetly favorite herb is Basil… This recipe is such an easy to do, too… I will definitely make this next week…
