1 1/2 cups thinly sliced onions
14 ounces crushed tomatoes with basil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
* Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
* Coat frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add onions and cook over high heat until they begin to brown brown.
* Pour 1/2 tomatoes into a medium baking pan. Lay chicken in the pan and top with onions.
* Pour rest of tomatoes over top. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
