Ingredients
4 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup healthy no trans fat margarine
1/4 cup fat free milk
Directions
Process oats in fod processor until smooth. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix to form stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4 inc thick and cut into circles. Bake on lined cookie sheet or spray with "Pam Light" in 360 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
