Homemade Bean Dip

1/8 tsp salt, optional
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp granulated garlic
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
6 tsp parsley flakes
6 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 cups water
3-1/2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Chill before serving.

*Serving size is actually 25.

This is a great bean dip recipe. I don't think I have ever made this myself. I usually just buy it already prepared. I think I will use the tamari for a nice bold taste.
