Homemade Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp salt, optional

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 6 tsp parsley flakes

  • 6 tsp vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cups water

  • 3-1/2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Chill before serving.

  2. *Serving size is actually 25.

This is a great bean dip recipe. I don't think I have ever made this myself. I usually just buy it already prepared. I think I will use the tamari for a nice bold taste.
