Ingredients
1 lb ground beef — browned
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lg onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 sm cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese — shredded
1 qt sliced cabbage
2 tbsp butter
Directions
Brown beef and onion.
Add salt, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
Cook on low for 15 minutes.
Blend sour cream and cream cheese together. Lightly sauté 4 cups of cabbage with butter.
Cabbage should be firm.
Place cabbage into 9x13 inch 200x300mm pan and layer meat sauce followed by cream cheese mixture and then top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 20 minutes.

Oh this is great. I loved it! We substitued the cabbage with carrots and broccoli (anti cabbage family members, LOL) It is fantastic though and the sour cream adds a nice tang.
I used fat free sour cream and cheeses to cut the fat down some and I used fresh garlic and sauteed it with my onions. Everyone loved it.
I love this combination. I will have to find a substitue for the cabbage for my hubbie though. too bad.
I will have to try this,the recipe sounds great.
i like those all in one meals. saves time and dishes.
