1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 lb chocolate, unsweetened
Melt chocolate in pyrex dish microwave. Add butter and melt. Add cream(I usually just need 1 Tablespoon).Whisk together well.Add enough splenda until sweet enough for you. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and put them in your freezer. Wait about 20 minutes and enjoy. One or two was all it took to satisfy my craving and kept me on the right track.

September 18, 2009 6:04 AM Does anyone know if u can sub stevia for splenda. My sister with MS stopped taking artificial sweetners because the Dr. said it was bad for her. She is now 67 and the Dr. attributes the fact that the MS has not gotten worse because she got off all artificial sweeteners. Since Stevia is made from a plant - I'm hoping that it is okay.. |
