You can find this recipe on www.yummly.com/recipe/sugar-free-fudge-r.... It is the exact recipe EXCEPT it says to use I/2 cup Splenda. You are using 2- 1 oz. squares of chocolate. Hope this helps. You can also go on Diabeticconnect.com and find a lot of good recipes.

Has anyone tried this with a sugar substitute besides Splenda? If so how did it turn out? I can't use Splenda as it gives me really bad headaches.
I'm going to make it with sun crystals and see how that works!

goofyit, sometimes you must read into they typing errors and put a space in between the number and the OZ measurement. i'd say your not one to do much cooking / baking, other wise you would have known the answer to the question already.

@goofyit - I'm reading it as two 1 oz squares. Two 10 oz squares would be too overwhelming, not to mention, the amount of product would surely produce more than 16 servings if the recipe called for 16 oz of cream cheese as well as 20 oz of chocolate. I may be wrong . . . maybe Splender will come back & clarify.

"2-1OZ SQS. UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE-MELTED AND COOLED"
Does that mean two 1oz squares or two 10oz squares?

How is the texture of this? It sounds more like a chocolate fudge cheese cake…not that there is anything wrong with that! YUM
