I also love meatloaf and so does my family. The only thing I would change is I would add green bell pepper to it. I use this recipe and make what my family calls my special hamburgers on the grill in the Summer. Try it they are really good and they are filling.

I am going to try this. I like lemon pepper but never put in meatloaf. I think this is going to be a winner.

That's what's great about this recipe…you can conform it to your likes and dislikes..with your seasonings and such. And, you can alter it even more by siuign venisen instead of beef or use half of each (beef or turkey and venisen). Either tastes great !

I tried the meatloaf last night with the ground turkey it was great.
I am going to do it again and make several batches to freeze.
I do that often to make up for when I get lazy
Thanks this worked out good for me.

Excellent and healthy for the entire family. I substitute Ground Turkey since I do not eat beef.

I like meatloaf, I add garlic and an egg to my receipe. Since I've never learned to cook for "one" I make family sized meatloaf and "bag up" portion sizes for the freezer.
