1 Reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 part sugar-free lemon yogurt
1 part sugar-free, fat-free Cool Whip
Strawberries, sliced
Kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 envelopes of gelatin
Mix the lemon yogurt and the Cool Whip and the disolved gelatin together and put into graham cracker crust.
On top of pie, put a row of strawberries around the pie and then a row of kiwis.
It's a very light dessert and it tastes wonderful.

June 10, 2008 10:47 AM So I appreciate that this recipe calls for sugar-free yogurt and cool whip, but be careful--it certainly isn't carb free. The crust, the yogurt, and the fruit all have carbs that you'll need to pay attention to. I would guess this recipe is around 20 to 30 grams of carbohydrates per serving (depending on how much fruit you put on.) Just wanted you to be aware. |
