NO-BAKE FRUIT PIE

1 Reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 part sugar-free lemon yogurt
1 part sugar-free, fat-free Cool Whip
Strawberries, sliced
Kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 envelopes of gelatin

Directions

Mix the lemon yogurt and the Cool Whip and the disolved gelatin together and put into graham cracker crust.
On top of pie, put a row of strawberries around the pie and then a row of kiwis.

It's a very light dessert and it tastes wonderful.

I made this recipe the other night for a small dinner party, there were three differnt desserts, this one dissappeared so fast, the only change I made was I added fresh blueberrysto it. Fabulous, I'm not sure how fattening but I served small slices, Thanks for the reciepe

I really want to try this recipe. I am going to pay attention as John suggests and see if I can cut down on carbs.
