1 Reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 part sugar-free lemon yogurt
1 part sugar-free, fat-free Cool Whip
Strawberries, sliced
Kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 envelopes of gelatin
Mix the lemon yogurt and the Cool Whip and the disolved gelatin together and put into graham cracker crust.
On top of pie, put a row of strawberries around the pie and then a row of kiwis.
It's a very light dessert and it tastes wonderful.

March 20, 2009 1:45 AM You can use any combo of fruit you like with this. We do a Banana Split version with bananas and cherries. And everybody loves it! |

January 27, 2009 7:29 PM This is similar to my mother's pie but she does her's with strawberries. It is great and you do not feel as guilty for eating it since it does not have alot of carbs or sugar! |
