THAI FISH CAKES

Ingredients
1 lb fish fillets — white ground
1/4 cup Fish Sauce
1 lb Shrimp — ground
2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup green beans — fresh chopped
1/2 tsp splenda
2 Garlic clove — fine chopped
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro — chopped
2 tsp curry paste — red
Directions
Mix all ingredients until thick. Form patties with mixture and fry in approximately 1" of peanut oil.
