1/4 cup Fish Sauce
1 lb Shrimp -- ground
2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup green beans -- fresh chopped
1/2 tsp splenda
2 Garlic clove -- fine chopped
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro -- chopped
2 tsp curry paste -- red
Mix all ingredients until thick. Form patties with mixture and fry in approximately 1" of peanut oil.
