FIERY THAI SALSA

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cucumbers — peel deseed chop

  • 1 cup green onion — chopped

  • 3/4 cup radishes — chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint — chopped

  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger — minced and peeled

  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 2 tbsp splenda

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil — chili type

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until juicy, about 1 hour. Stir before serving cold.
