FIERY THAI SALSA

Ingredients
3 cups cucumbers — peel deseed chop
1 cup green onion — chopped
3/4 cup radishes — chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint — chopped
3 tbsp fresh ginger — minced and peeled
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil — chili type
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until juicy, about 1 hour. Stir before serving cold.
