Creamy Chicken Spread

Ingredients
1 package (8oz) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 taespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 sliced green onions
diced pimentos and additional sliced green onions
Cooking Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in chicken, eggs and sreen onions. Shape into an 8"x2" log. Garnish with pimentos and sliced green onions. Cover and chill. Remove from the refridgerator 15 minutes before serving. You can serve with crackers or bread.
