Ingredients

  • stringbeam,corn,swimp,garlic red wine,soysauce,green,yellow, orange bell pepper and oion,and tomatoe sauce then you have you whole simple meal for lunch or dinner.

Directions

  1. drain stringbean put alittle extra virgin ollie oil in skillet a long with bean ,swimp on top of bean then drain one large bean two large corn on top of swimp, then put 3 whole red or orange and yellow ,and green bell pepper in after taking all seed out, then put a whole onion chopper up or cut up all pepper and oin. then pour jus a little of the soy sauce and the garlig red wine just enough to tast ,it must be good for the heart.take about 45 minutes to preparehearty eating you now have a whole meal.

I have never heard of swimp. Could it be shrimp? I hope it's not snipe!
