Ingredients
Blend well:
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Splenda — 2 pkt
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup club soda
Directions
After it has mixed well, add 1/2 to 3/4 cups of Club soda to your taste..
Also you can add protein powder if you choose. Yummy and easy to take "with" you !!
