ELLIE'S BREAKFAST CREATION

Ingredients

  • Blend well:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda — 2 pkt

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3/4 cup club soda

Directions

  1. After it has mixed well, add 1/2 to 3/4 cups of Club soda to your taste..

  2. Also you can add protein powder if you choose. Yummy and easy to take "with" you !!

I have a question…is that fat free cott ch and what kind of cream.?..calories seem a little off…but sounds really good
