Easy Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup reduced fat Sour Cream
Directions
Mix Soup and Sour cream. Put chicken in a casserole dish, put soup mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
You can substitute regular soup and sour cream or reduced sodium soup. I've also used cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and cream of broccoli. Any cream soup will do.

This is really good. But if you are low carbing, use regular sour cream and regular soup. The low fat ones are higher in carbs.

the other half of the soup part is Cream of chiken,
This is great when made with half Cream of Mushroom and whole mushroom caps added. Yummmm.
